Panattoni is entering the Hungarian market, where it already has two projects in the pipeline.
The warehouse developer has also announced the opening of an office in Hungary, which is to be headed by László Kemenes, who will be responsible for the development of speculative and big-box projects in Hungary, from the site acquisition and investment preparation, through to the commercialisation of the projects and their transfer to their eventual tenants.
As with other countries of the region, the global pandemic has had little impact on the Hungarian real estate warehouse and industria
