Poland Adgar buys PDT for Brain Embassy

Investment & finance
Adgar Poland has bought the 10,000 sqm PDT Wola building in Warsaw's Wola district.

Adgar is to use some of the space for its Brain Embassy coworking concept with additional standard office space and conference and event facilities. PDT Wola was designed by Michał Przerwa-Tetmajer, who was responsible for designing many of the buildings in the 1949 post-war reconstruction of the district. From 1956 to 2005 the building served as a retail centre before being converted to offices in 2007.
