According to the latest data from Cushman & Wakefield, the total value of investment transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in 2025 reached approximately EUR 11.8 bln, representing a 34 pct year-on-year increase and the highest annual figure since 2019.

E-commerce fashion brand Bonprix, a fashion brand has opened an office on the 5th floor of the Nowa Fabryczna office building in Łódź. The company occupies nearly 2,400 sqm.

A Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni bakery has opened in Designer Outlet Warsaw. The 80-sqm location is in the centre of the building, near the Ecco and Calvin Klein stores.

Czech Republic Prague sees massive flex office expansion

Prague ranks among the European cities with the highest projected growth in flexible office space. This is primarily due to the long-standing shortage of new office buildings available for lease on the open market and to growing corporate demand for comprehensive services. Flexible offices are thus gradually shifting from being a market add-on (or nice to have) to becoming its driving force.

Poland Develia buys imperial shipyards

Polish residential developer Develia has signed a preliminary agreement to buy the Stocznia Cesarska development from Belgian developers Alides and Revive. Alides and Revive acquired the 16-hectare site in 2017.

Poland Three extensions for Fiege

Logistics operator FIege has signed three lease agreements for more space at three locations: Panattoni Park Goleniów I, Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I, and Panattoni Park Gorzów I. The total additional space leased comes to nearly 21,000 sqm.

Poland Vastint to build new quarter in central Wrocław

Vastint plans to transform a 1.7 ha site at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4 in Wrocław into a mixed-use development. The TREE Group has been appointed to demolish the former Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre on the site, to be completed by mid-2027. APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio has been commissioned to design the new project.

Poland Budimex to build for CPK

Budimex has won the tender to construct the deep foundations for the CPK passenger terminal as part of the Port Polska project. Six constructors entered the tender, but Budimex submitted the lowest bid of PLN 146 million gross.

Poland New food court for Plejada

A new food court has opened at the Plejada Shopping Centre in Sosnowiec, designed as a comfortable space with around 270 with dining tables and high bar tables.

Poland PRS growing rapidly

PRS in Poland is expanding rapidly. In 2025, 5,821 units were introduced to the market, a record number, according to CBRE's '2026 Poland Real Estate Market Outlook' report. This year looks set to be a similar number.

Poland Polish retail still booming

Over the next three years, retail sales in Poland will grow at nearly 3 pct annually. The supply of retail space is growing, especially in retail parks in small towns, attracting interest from both developers and investment funds, according to the "Retail Insights" report prepared by JLL.

Cancom leases from Garbe

Garbe Industrial has leased a total area of around 4,800 sqm in Norderstedt, just outside Hamburg, to IT service provider Cancom, which is to use the space for the storage and servicing of IT equipment. Cancom is to start operations from Norderstedt in the third quarter of 2026.

Łódż still an important hub

The Łódź region remains one of Poland's key logistics hubs. According to Axi Immo, demand for warehouse space in the region reached 1.17 mln sqm in 2025 (+17 pct year-on-year), the second-highest figure in the country.

Panattoni signs up 4M Pro&Invest

4M Pro&Invest has leased nearly 4,100 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań XIV. WIth the signing of this agreement, the two completed stages of the development are now fully leased.

Upper Silesia grows stronger

Upper Silesia remains one of the key industrial and logistics markets in Poland. According to the Savills 'Market in Minutes - Upper Silesia' report, modern warehouse space in the region reached 6.19 mln sqm, representing an 8 pct increase year-on-year.

Antczak builds for Dino

The Antczak Group has been appointed as the general contractor to construct a new distribution centre in Zawiercie for Dino Polska. The total area will be around 45,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

TVM expands across Poland

The TVM Group has expanded its warehouse space in Poland by 10,000 sqm with newly leased space in the Warsaw and Poznań regions, as well as a warehouse in Gdańsk.

Arvato arrives in Prologis Park Poznań III

Logistics services operator Arvato has chosen Prologis Park Poznań III as the location for its new European distribution centre. The development will comprise 46,000 sqm, of which 1,000 sqm will be office space.

Garbe tops out in Kupferzell

Garbe Industrial has celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Garbe Industrial Park Kupferzell of around 28,000 sqm gla. The investment comes to EUR 45 mln and the new building is scheduled for completion in the summer of this year.

Private Label Tissue, a manufacturer of hygiene and sanitary paper products and part of the Velvet Care Group, is to expand its warehouse space at the Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka logistics centre by an additional 9,000 sqm.

Panattoni has begun construction of the next phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II. The new warehouse is being developed on a BTS basis for DPD Polska, a leading courier company. The centre will cover 5,300 sqm, with the tenant to begin operations in August 2026.
