Austrian furniture retail chain XXXLutz group has leased 6,000 sqm at P3 Park Bratislava Airport.
108 Agency Slovakia secured the lease for the tenant.
XXXLutz, with an annual turnover of more than EUR 5.1 bln, is now one of the world’s largest furniture retailers. Last year, the company expanded in central Europe with the acquisition of Kika’s network of 22 furniture stores in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.
P3 Bratislava Airport is situated close to the city’s airport, about 5 km from the city centre and close to the junction of the D1 motorway and D4
