Loginvest OÜ, a subsidiary of JNG Investment, has agreed to sell a 33,000 sqm logistics park in Tallinn to Swedish-Baltic real estate fund East Capital Real Estate IV for an undisclosed sum.
The logistics park on Kalmari tee close to Tallinn’s ring road on the city’s south-eastern outskirts, was built in two phases, in 2006 and 2014. The JNG Investments group also includes logistics companies Via 3L and Jungent.
The buyer, East Capital, manages four real estate funds with total asset value of EUR 454 mln, including 240 000 sqm of logistics properties.
