Trei Real Estate has recently launched two residential projects.
In Wrocław, the third stage of the Bacciarellego 54 quarter is now under construction with a total of 91 apartments to be completed by the end of in 2022 and in Łódź construction work is to begin on 88 apartments as part of its Osiedle Kraft project. Trei is planning to build a total of 1,320 apartments in Poland in a total investment of EUR 125 mln.
