Poland Food science centre for SGGW

Construction
Skanska is to build the Innovation Centre for Food Sciences for the Warsaw University of Life Sciences [SGGW].

Work is to begin in July and the building is to be constructed in 18 months. The contract is worth PLN 60 mln net. The design of the 13,000 sqm centre is by Best Building Consultants and is to comprise two buildings connected by a corridor. The four-storey building will also include one basement level. The building will also feature both solar panels and solar collectors. The centre will include both teaching rooms for 500 students and a world-class laboratory. The building should be handed over in December 2022.
