German investment and asset manager Deka Immobilien has acquired the Malthouse Offices (Biura przy Warzelni) building of Echo Investment's Browary Warszawskie (Warsaw Brewery) development for app. EUR 152.3 mln.
Malthouse Offices is a seven-storey office building that also comprises the Central Garden and historic cellars. The property, completed in September 2020, contains 29,600 sqm gla and a two underground car park with 180 parking places. The new building received its occupancy permit in September 2020. Deka has also become the owner of the historic Malthouse building, which will eventually house a restaurant owned by footballer Robert Lewandowski.
