Robyg is starting a new project in Warsaw’s Wilanów district and has already completed the purchase of the 11.9 ha site for PLN 263.2 mln.
Eventually, apartments with a total area of 104,000 sqm could be developed.
As we have already announced we have acquired a lot of funds to build up our land bank and this is what we have been doing since 2020. We’ve already bought land for a combined total of PLN 700 mln.
