Poland Robyg on spending spree

Residential
Robyg is starting a new project in Warsaw’s Wilanów district and has already completed the purchase of the 11.9 ha site for PLN 263.2 mln.

Eventually, apartments with a total area of 104,000 sqm could be developed.

As we have already announced we have acquired a lot of funds to build up our land bank and this is what we have been doing since 2020. We’ve already bought land for a combined total of PLN 700 mln. We are planning our next projects for which we have already secured the funding.
Oscar Kazanelson, chairman of the supervisory board of Robyg

For the last two years, Robyg has been saving up its profits and major shareholder Goldman Sachs has not collected dividends thus allowing over PLN 400 mln to accumulate. Furthermore, Goldman Sachs subsidiary Bricks Acquisition Limited has provided a further PLN 100 mln in financing and Robyg has issued bonds worth PLN 150 mln.

We are planning to budget PLN 600 mln to buy land in order to rapidly grow the business.
Oscar Kazanelson.
