ROMANIA CTP to build Oradea airport terminal

Czech industrial developer CTP is to build a cargo terminal at the airport in Oradea in western Romania, after being selected to carry out the project in a tender held in August.
The project, which will be built on a plot of 14.4 ha, will have a built-up area of 67,776 sqm and over 2.7 ha of green space. Three independent buildings (warehouses and hangars) are to be constructed as well as a platform of 22,100 m2, including a taxiway, the access platform for the manoeuvring and parking of aircraft, in addition to car access and a car park.
