Czech construction group Geosan has finalised the 100 pct acquisition of Slovak construction firm Váhostav – SK.
Kolín-based Geosan originally agreed to buy out financially distressed Váhostav in June. The deal has now gone through following its acceptance by the Czech and Slovak anti-trust bodies, who found that there was no horizontally overlap stemming from the acquisition, which allows Geosan to enter the Slovak market for the first time.
