BULGARIA CTP starts major Bulgarian expansion

In early August, CTP bought an 11,500 sqm production facility in Plovdiv from German automotive supplier Willie Elbe in a sale-and-leaseback deal as the first step towards expanding its CTPark network outside Sofia. At the end of August, CTP acquired a newly-built 31,200 sqm warehouse together with a 4,000 sqm office building on Sofia’s ring road. Both buildings are long-term leased to Orbico, a major 3PL operator in the region. The deal for Orbico’s HQ is remarkable not only due to this
