ROMANIA Anritsu renews its faith in Globalworth Tower

Japanese high-speed telecoms network specialist Anritsu has renewed its lease in Globalworth Tower in Bucharest for another seven years.

Anritsu, which produces testing and measuring equipment for telecoms networks, has been a tenant of the building since 2017, where it leases 800 sqm.

The 26-storey office Globalworth Tower is situated in Calea Floreasca district, north of Bucharest city centre. The 120m building contains 54,000 sqm gla. It was the first building in the SEE region to achieve LEED ‘Platinum’ status, The owner of the building is Globalworth.
