POLAND BentallGreenOak loaned EUR 90 mln for portfolio buy

PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 90 mln investment loan and VAT facility to BentallGreenOak for the acquisition of a Polish warehouse portfolio.

The portfolio consists of five assets in central and western Poland, three of which are in Warsaw while the other two are in Poznań and Radom. Together it comprises 191,000 sqm gla, which is leased to 20 tenants.

PBB is acting as the arranger and sole lender to GreenOak Europe Core Plus Logistics, a fund managed by BentallGreenOak.

Toronto-based BentallGreenOak entered the Polish market in Q2 with the acquisition of three buildings in the 7R Park Tczew logistics park (about 40 km south of Gdańsk) from Polish developer 7R for an undisclosed sum.
