French multinational Saint-Gobain has expanded the space it leases in Panattoni Park D5 Hořovice in Central Bohemia.
The new space, which brings the total occupied in the park by Saint-Gobain up to 10,000 sqm. It was jointly developed by Panattoni and industrial investor Accolade Group. Investment costs for the new building came to EUR 7.5 mln (app. CZK 187 million). It is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified and will serve as the central distribution point for all Saint-Gobain Sekurit customers as well as for the refinishing of car glass.
