Danish investor NREP and Finnish developer YIT have laid the foundation stone for the Smartti Mokotów PRS development in Warsaw.
Smartti Mokotów, which will be situated at the junction of ul. Postępu and ul. Domaniewska in the city’s predominantly office-focused Służewiec district is to comprise 800 apartments in two stages, making it the largest professionally run residential building in Poland. YIT is to be responsible for entre the design and construction of the project, while the general contractor is Unibep. The project will breathe new life into the Mokotów district. The Atal Group has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire shares in companies from the Budner Group for PLN 133.5 mln. This includes companies that hold real estate. Through this deal, Atal will be able to develop new projects in the Tri-City area, with a usable area of around 70,000 sqm.
