Danish investor NREP and Finnish developer YIT have laid the foundation stone for the Smartti Mokotów PRS development in Warsaw.
Smartti Mokotów, which will be situated at the junction of ul. Postępu and ul. Domaniewska in the city’s predominantly office-focused Służewiec district is to comprise 800 apartments in two stages, making it the largest professionally run residential building in Poland. YIT is to be responsible for entre the design and construction of the project, while the general contractor is Unibep.
