Poland Trei builds in Skarżynsko-Kamienna

Trei Real Estate Poland has started the construction stage of a Vendo Park retail park in Skarżynsko-Kamienna between Kielce and Radom.

The centre is set to open in the Summer of 2022 and it is being built by general contractor Daldehog on a 4.4 ha site. Since 2013, Trei has opened 27 Vendo Parks including six this year. The centre in Skarżynsko-Kamienna is the first to be developed jointly with Patron Capital. The park is to comprise twelve stores and negotiations are currently underway with potential tenants.
