Panattoni Park Chomutov North is built near the border with Germany

Handling equipment supplier Jungheinrich is to build a 37,000 sqm forklift truck factory in Panattoni Park Chomutov North.
Construction work is due to start in 2022 in an investment of around EUR 60 mln. The factory will include 1.5 ha of green spaces. Ponds are to be dug out to increase biodiversity and the project is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of ‘Excellent’. Chomutov is located near the German border.
