CA Immo has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Enel-Med for a 540 sqm medical clinic on the ground floor of the Warsaw Spire C office building.
The building is now 92 pct commercialised. The new medical centre is to open in the second half of 2022. The tenant was advised by CBRE during the negotiations. Warsaw Spire C is a modern office building purchased by CA Immo in 2018. The building is in the centre of Warsaw’s Wola business district at Plac Europejski 2, having been completed in 2015. It comprises 15 storeys and over 21,000 sqm of commercial space with an underground car park for 241 vehicles. Warsaw Spire C is BREEAM certified
