POLAND PepsiCo GBS moves to Brain Park

Office & mixed-use development
Brain Park, an office complex being developed by Echo Investment in Kraków, is to become the new headquarters of PepsiCo GBS Kraków.

PepsiCo GBS Kraków is to occupy over 5,000 sqm of the complex, where it will start operating in Q4 2022. Colliers mediated in the selection of the premises and the negotiation of the lease.

Brain Park will first of all provide PepsiCo GBS’s employees with a comfortable and safe office space. Additionally, we have designed a green outdoor patio, which will provide a nice break during the workday: it will include areas for relaxation, outdoor work, but also physical activity areas, such as a place to play table tennis or calisthenics and street workout areas. On the ground floor of the building we are also planning a number of services, which will certainly be useful for our tenants.
Joanna Nicińska, a regional director in Echo Investment's office department

Brain Park is under construction on one of the city’s main arteries of the city – al. Pokoju, to the east of the city centre. The project will comprise three ten-storey buildings containing 42,000 sqm of offices, along with a two-level underground car park with 485 parking spaces.
