Chariot Group has sold the M1 Marki shopping centre on Warsaw’s northeastern outskirts to South African investor Redefine Europe for an undisclosed sum.
The 44,000 sqm shopping centre comprises two retail buildings anchored by building supplies store OBI and an Auchan hypermarket, the latter having extended its lease last year by signing a multi-year contract. M1 Marki holds BREEAM In-Use certificates for asset management at the ‘Excellent’ level and at the ‘Outstanding’ level for building management.
