The Mozaika brand of malls has opened its first centre in Kraków.
The brand specialises in everyday shopping needs and the tenants in the first centre include Kaufland (7,400 sqm) Obi, Rossmann, Deichmann, RTV Euro AGD, and Maxi Zoo and the mall also includes a foodcourt. The investor behind Mozaika is 4Fi, a Polish-German investment group, which created the brand after taking over the building from Tesco. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is responsible for the leasing and the property management of the centre.
