Irish clothing chain Primark has leased another 28,000 sqm in CTPark Bor, bringing the total area it occupies up to 80,000 sqm.
The warehouse, which is finished and handed over to the tenant, has been installed with robotic systems. At 16m in height it is one of the tallest such buildings in the Czech Republic. It is situated next to Primark’s existing premises.
Primark’s premises are unique in many aspects, not just the clear height, but also because they are ready for fully-automated operation. In the near future, the hi-tech warehouse will require only a few employees to work in the warehouse alongside the robo
