Croatia Stop Shop goes big in Croatia

Immofinanz is to expand its Stop Shop chain of retail parks from 4 to 20 locations over the next three to five years.
A new store is scheduled to open in the first half of 2022 and another location is to be expanded. The company has secured sites in regional towns and cities for around EUR 80 mln. The investment in the new locations will total around EUR 250 mln. A total of 73 ha has been purchased and over 190,000 sqm gla is to be developed. At the end of September 2021, the four Croatian Stiop Shops in Valpovo, Osijek, Ludbreg and Nasice with a combined total of nearly 21,000 sqm were fully leased. The retail
