LCP Properties has acquired Premium Park in Lubrza near Prudnik in southern Poland from the developer of the retail park, Fortis Investments, for an undisclosed sum.
The retail park, which has a sales area of 8,500 sqm, was completed in October as the largest retail centre in Fortis Investments’ portfolio. It has 18 stores and is 100 pct leased to such tenants as Biedronka, Sinsay, 4F, 50 Style, Pepco, Top Secret, Martes Sport, Pet Shop, Kik, CCC, Smyk, Deichmann, Diverse, Kaes, Monnari, Neonet, TEDi, Rossmann and Young Reporter. It also has parking for 500 vehicles with additional space for bicycles.
