MLP Group is about to launch a brownfield project to construct the MLP Idstein logistics park near Frankfurt am Main.
The project will be completed in H1 2023 and is to be DGNB certified. The park is to be built on the 4.1 ha site of a former automotive plant. Eventually, the park is to comprise 20,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space.
