romania TEDi and Hervis to enter Romania

Retail & leisure
German non-grocery retailer TEDi and the Austrian sports store chain Hervis, will open in Scallier’s newly developed retail parks in Romania.

A total of almost 5,500 sqm has been leased in Timișoara, Turda, Vaslui and Moșnița by TEDi and Vaslui and Turda by Hervis. All of these centres except for in Moșnița are to open in 2022. Other stores to open in the centres will include New Yorker, Flanco, ZOO Center and Noriel.

Entering Romania results from the rapid development of the country itself. The people of Romania expect an extensive, modern and commercial range of goods to be available, and not only, in the largest urban areas. TEDi also has specific requirements for the quality of the premises where we operate stores. The new Scallier Retail Parks meet these standards. Based on previous work with each other and also on the Polish market, TEDi has decided to open four stores in Romania in locations developed by Scallier.
