POLAND Netcompany to open HQ in P180

Netcompany plans to open its new Polish head office in P180 in October 2022. The Copenhagen-based IT service provider was founded in 2000 and is now present in 17 countries, employing over 6,500 people.

The era of the office is not over: offices still play a key role in the strategies of many companies. They still remain an important place for employee integration and generating new ideas. This is confirmed by the research we have carried out, which has shown that Poles prefer the hybrid work model and working from the office at least 3–4 times a week. We are glad that Netcompany shares our view on the benefits of top quality, safe office space and we are sure that it will help our tenant develop dynamically and expand its operations on the Polish market.

P180, which is situated above Wilanowska metro station on ul. Puławska, is a 15-storey office development that will eventually comprise 32,000 sqm of office space. The building has been designed to fulfil LEED ‘Platinum’, Well Core & Shell and Well Health-Safety Rating certifications. It was recently topped out and is scheduled to come into use in September.
