Vastint Latvia has in recent months secured six new tenants for its Business Garden Riga office complex.
The new tenants are: international leasing and fleet management company ALD Automotive, construction supervision and project management services firm Forma 2, electronics manufacturer Philips, automotive software developer AMIT Baltic, industrial equipment producer Alfa Laval, and a branch of Luminor Bank.
