Poland Prices rise for construction

Prices for building materials in Poland increased by close to 30 pct over the last twelve months according to Savills.
In order to meet the expected increase in demand for technical advice, the consultancy has expanded its Building & Project Consultancy. Over the previous year, Savills Poland advised on close to 60 projects for commercial properties with a combined area of 1.5 million sqm.
