The office building on ul. Kielecka has a leasable area of ​​11,400 sqm. Freight forwarder C.Hartwig Gdynia is to be the first tenant and will move into the building in September 2022. The design is by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. The building comprises 11,000 sqm over six floors. The building was constructed to meet LEED certification standards.

At the end of Q4 2025, the total modern office space stock in the largest eight regional office markets came to 6,724,300 sqm. The largest of these markets were Kraków (1,842,300 sqm), Wrocław (1,337,600 sqm), and the Tricity (1,067,000 sqm), according to data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) covering Q4 2025.
