Polski Holding Nieruchomości has been granted an occupancy permit for its Intraco Prime building at ul. Stawki 2B in Warsaw.
Intraco Prime is a 13,000 sqm office building with stores and services on the ground floor. It was developed to comply with BREEAM requirements. Work was started on the construction in April 2020 by general contractor Strabag. The design was created by Juvenes-Projekt and Pro-Invest.
