French grocery store network Carrefour has decided to prolong its 5,000 sqm office lease in Green Court in Bucharest, which is owned and managed by Globalworth.

The lease by the hypermarket and convenience store operator has been extended for a six-year period. Other tenants of the building include Orange, Schneider Electric, CITR, Mirus, Skanska Romania, Corporate Management Events, Lagardere Travel Retail, Ericsson, Capgemini, Artic and Merck.

Green Court, which is situated in Bucharest’s northern Floreasca-Barbu Văcărescu district close to the Aurel Vlaicu metro station, is LEED ‘Platinum’ certified. The three-building office complex offers 54,500 sqm gla.
