Three new tenants have leased a total of 1,700 sqm of office space in the Crown Square building in Warsaw, which is asset managed by M&A Capital SARL: Foodcom, Orifarm and Avenga.
Polish dairy product distributor Foodcom, advised by CBRE, has leased app. 1,000 sqm in Crown Square. Danish pharma company Orifarm has also taken up around 400 sqm on the top floor of the building, while IT and digital transformation specialist Avenga will occupy 300 sqm.
Avenga was advised by Colliers during the negotiations, while the building’s owner was advised by the building’s exclusive leasing agent, Savills, for all three transactions.
