POLAND SimpliCity the key for MLP Poznań West

SimpliCity is a creative production house specialising in large format printing using modern machines. More than 4,700 sqm will be designated for production and warehousing with a social area within the warehouse, while almost 600 sqm will be office space. The tenant was assisted for this transaction by CBRE.

The building is currently under construction and is scheduled for handover to the tenant in Q4 2022. It will be 11.5m in height and equipped with smoke vents to provide additional ventilation required for its type of activity. Electricity will be supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the rooftop of the warehouse. The offices will feature a highly modern design with large glass partitions allowing significant light penetration.

At full build-out, MLP Poznań West is expected to provide app. 150,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. It is located on the western outskirts of Poznań, close to the S11 expressway and 7 km from its junction with the A2 motorway. The general contractor is W.P.I.P.
