SimpliCity Printing House has leased around 5,300 sqm of production and warehousing space in MLP Poznań West.
SimpliCity is a creative production house specialising in large format printing using modern machines. More than 4,700 sqm will be designated for production and warehousing with a social area within the warehouse, while almost 600 sqm will be office space. The tenant was assisted for this transaction by CBRE.
The building is currently under construction and is scheduled for handover to the tenant in Q4 2022. It will be 11.5m in height and equipped with smoke vents to provide additional ventilat
