POLAND Unico leases 11,250 sqm in BIK Park Wrocław

Warehouse & industrial
Korean logistics operator Unico Logistics has leased 11,250 sqm in a newly-constructed hall at BIK Park Wrocław.

Unico Logistics already uses almost 4,400 sqm of warehousing space in the first hall of the complex as well as 210 sqm of office space.

Our logistics centre is rapidly gaining in popularity. A great advantage is its excellent location near the A4 motorway exit, which provides excellent access. The first hall, built two years ago, is fully leased. Now we are building a second hall, which will be put into use in the third quarter of this year. We are very pleased with the agreement signed and the opportunity to offer our existing tenant additional space. It will cover half of the newly built facility. The other half is still free, although we are in preliminary negotiations with interested parties.
Krzysztof Mucha, the business development manager of BIK

The project, which is being developed by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (close to the Pietrzykowice junction of the A4 motorway and about 13 km south-west of Wrocław city centre), will comprise in total 22,500 sqm of warehouse space. Work on the expansion of the park began in the spring and is scheduled for completion this September. Free warehouse modules are still available for lease in the building.
