J&T Real Estate has agreed to sell the Red Court office building in Prague’s Karlín district to local developer BlackBird Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
Red Court, which is currently under construction near Invalidovna metro station, will comprise 7,000 sqm of office space on eight floors. It will be handed over to its new owner fully fitted-out and is to hold LEED ‘Gold’ certification. The main tenant will be tech company Czechoslovak Group.
