SLOVAKIA Atrium sells Optima for EUR 118 mln

The 47,100 sqm gla shopping centre, which was opened in Q2 2018 contains 152 stores. Optima’s brands include Billa as the grocery anchor, Pepco, C&A, H&M, Reserved, a Cinemax cinema, Jump Park, a Neonka fitness club, Cryo Center, Steam Factory and a 3Ple Centrum spa centre.

Atrium currently owns 25 income-producing assets (including one residential for rent property) with 760,000 sqm gla and with a total market value of app. EUR 2.3 bln – more than 55 pct of which is in Warsaw and Prague.
