Austrian developer Karimpol Group has opened the first phase of the Squarebizz Bory business and showroom centre in Bratislava.
The project has been developed according to Karimpol’s ‘Work.Shop.Store’ concept, devised to offer small and medium-sized businesses work, storage and showroom space. The total area in the first stage (15,000 sqm) also includes 2,000 sqm of office space in the three halls that have so far been built (A, B and E). This phase is 80 leased, to such tenants as Alpod, Cortelazzi, Ekosklad, ExpresPrint, Fitham, Inipex, Kellys Bicycles, TȔV-SȔD, Valivé ložiská and Virtuplex.
