The Hines European Value Fund (HEVF 1) has secured two more long-term leases for app. 770 sqm office space in Wola Center in Warsaw district. The new tenants are IT firm JIT Team companies and Mytaxi Polska.
Wola Center comprises four office buildings with a total of almost 35,000 sqm of office space and retail/services. The complex is located at ul. Przyokopowa 33 in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum business district, close to the Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout and the Warsaw Uprising Museum. It is BREEAM In-Use certified at the ‘Excellent’ level.
The lease contract with JIT Team is for 420 sqm of office space on the 8th floor. The tenant was supported in the process of finalising the contract by Walte
