British digital business optimisation company Anegis has leased 750 sqm of office space in the first stage of Centrum Południe – an office complex that is being developed by Skanska in Wrocław.
Anegis, which specialises in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, is to move into its new space in the building in November 2022. Dynamics 365 is used by such real estate and construction firms as Erbud, Unibep, Echo Investment and Warbud. With the signing of this contract, the first phase of Skanska’s flagship investment in Wrocław is now 80 pct leased.
