Commercial real estate advisory Newmark Polska has relocated its Warsaw headquarters to Centrum Marszałkowska in the centre of the city.
Centrum Marszałkowska, which is integrated with Świętokrzyska metro station, comprises 16,500 sqm of office space along with retail and services on the ground and underground level. It is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.
