POLAND Trei opens 41st Vendo Park – in Świętokrzyskie

German developer Trei Real Estate has opened its latest Vendo retail park in Poland – in Skarżysko-Kamienna in Świętokrzyskie province.
Construction work on the project began in H2 2021. The 8,000 sqm Vendo Park in Skarżysko-Kamienna (about halfway between Kielce and Radom, and close to Starachowice0 contains fourteen units, which are leased to Biedronka, Rossmann, Pepco, KiK, TEDi, Media Expert, Deichmann and Martes Sport, among others. MLP has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse with 29,000 sqm of space. Retail parks growing rapidly across Czech Republic

Retail parks in the Czech Republic are rapidly expanding and already account for almost a third of all modern retail space. In 2025, 82,400 sqm of new and expanded retail parks were delivered to the market, and the pace of their expansion is accelerating.
