POLAND Unique Tower handover for Heimstaden

Marvipol has finalised the sale of its 138-apartment Unique Tower development in central Warsaw to Swedish residential rental investor Heimstaden.
The total area of the apartments changing hands comes to more than 5,600 sqm. The PLN 380.9 mln agreement by the Polish developer to sell the property together with two other residential projects in Warsaw – Moko Botanika and Studio Okęcie – was signed with Heimstaden Poland in early 2021. The three projects contain a total of 647 apartments (29,851 sqm) and eleven commercial units (1,068 sqm). Moko Botanika was transferred to Heimstaden’s ownership at the end of July. Marvip
