POLAND Skanska brings P180 into use

A little over two years after construction started on the 32,000 sqm development, it has now been issued with its occupancy permit. Danish IT specialist Netcompany has already moved into 6,000 sqm of the 15-storey building. The company operates in 17 countries and employs over 6,500 people.

As shown by the regular research we conduct with Zymetria, the hybrid work model has stabilised, which means that the end of the office era, which was mooted at the beginning of the pandemic, has not come. Offices still play an extremely important role, not only for employees, but also for the organisations themselves. We are certain that our project in Mokotów will support the further dynamic growth of Netcompany and allow our partner to achieve his business goals.

P180, so-called because of its address at ul. Puławska 180, has been designed to meet LEED ‘Platinum’, Well Core & Shell, Well Health-Safety Rating and Building without Barriers certifications.
