Bank Pekao has granted a loan of around EUR 25 mln to finance part of the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń project – a hall with an area of nearly 54,000 sqm, which was delivered in 2025.

Skanska has sold the Port7 office complex in Prague's Holešovice to AFI Group for CZK 3.16 bln. The Port7 complex comprises three fully-leased office buildings with a total leasable area of 36,000 sqm as well as a plot for future development

Poland Rohlig stays in Bolero Office Point 1

Logistics operator Rohlig SUUS Logistics has extended its lease for 2,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Bolero Office Point 1 building. The property is part of Real Management's portfolio.

Czech Republic Warehousing still recovering

The industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic continues its recovery. After last year's downturn and a slower start to this year, the sector recorded strong growth in Q3 2025, with a total of 130,800 sqm of new space completed; bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 mln sqm, according to the latest study by Colliers.

Poland Panattoni builds in Białystok

Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III. The 32,000 sqm project will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Four tenants have already signed lease agreements.

Areim and VGP, through their SAGA joint venture, have signed an agreement to acquire 13 logistics parks (18 buildings in total) in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Poland Bank Pekao supports Accolade in Białystok

Accolade has secured EUR 24 mln in financing from Bank Pekao to develop its Białystok III park. Białystok III is to be a 34,000 sqm warehouse centre. Including this project, Accolade has a portfolio of over 110,000 sqm with completion scheduled for the first half of 2026.

Poland RRH becomes one

Construction company RRH Group has merged with two of its subsidiaries Roof Renovation and RRH Solution. Through the merger, the company will expand its operations and it has announced a new development strategy.

Poland Bridge over the river Narew

A 1,200m bridge has been opened in the Podlaskie region, being one of the ten longest bridges in Poland. The bridge forms a key section of the Łomża bypass and is part of the S61 route. The general contractor was Intercor.

Poland Fidera takes a larger share of Resi

Cavatina has strengthened its partnership with the Fidera Vecta Group, resulting in a EUR 47.5 mln capital injection for residential developer Resi Capital and a project to transform the Galeria Malta shopping centre in Poznań.

Poland Peakside builds in Warsaw

Peakside Capital Advisors has begun construction on the new C1 hall at City Point Targówek. The building will have a total of 17,000 sqm, of which over 10,000 sqm has already been leased.

Uniq expands with MLP

Ares Management Corporation, an alternative investment manager, has announced it is consolidating its global logistics real estate platforms under the Marq Logistics brand.

Gdynia City Logistics now full

NTA, a Gdynia-based logistics company, has leased over 15,600 sqm in Gdynia City Logistics. The development is now fully leased.

CTP extends Brno South

CTP has begun construction on a 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South. The anchor tenant will be ABB, which will move into 17,000 sqm and expand its production of low-voltage switchgear. The company is also to lease office space and set up a development centre at the site.

Panattoni launches project near Warsaw

Panattoni is to develop Panattoni Park Grodzisk VI on a 17-ha plot in Kozerki near Grodzisk Mazowiecki in the Warsaw region. The new centre will have 80,000 sqm gla.

H+H Polska signs up with Okam

H+H Polska has leased over 20,000 sqm from Okam at ul. Jagiellońska 88 in Warsaw. The company will use the space for warehousing and the sale of aerated concrete and silicate wall materials.

Self-storage set to grow

The self-storage market in Poland is still in its infancy, but it has potential for growth. The area of such facilities in Poland comes to 225,000 sqm with an occupancy rate above 78 pct, according to the latest report 'European Self-Storage Industry Report 2025,' published by CBRE and Fedessa.

5,600 sqm completed in Fortress Logistics Park Stargard

A warehouse building in Fortress Logistics Park Stargard has been issued with an occupancy permit. The Antczak Group acted as the general contractor for the centre of nearly 5,600 sqm.

Panattoni to build in Hildesheim

Panattoni Park Hildesheim is to be developed in the Hafen Südwest [Southwest Harbour] industrial district of Hildesheim on a recently acquired 2.8 ha brownfield site.

MLP Announces lease in Gorzów Wielkopolski

Poland’s largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of modern warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The centre was developed on a speculative basis and was fully prepared for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre leased by the tenant, which now occupies more than 34,000 sqm of MLP space.

Warehouse market remains stable

After the first three quarters of 2025, Poland’s warehouse market continues to show structural stability, with supply, take-up, and investor activity remaining in balance, according to the ‘Industrial & Logistics Market in Poland – Q1–Q3 2025’ report published by Axi Immo.

ID Logistics stays on in Wrocław

ID Logistics has extended its 80,000 sqm lease in P3 Wrocław II Park with P3 Logistic Parks. It has been in the building since 2021. The lease renewal was mediated by JLL.

Poland ripe for data centre development

Poland has the potential to become a key hub for the Central and Eastern European region and effectively compete with locations such as Berlin, Milan, Madrid, and the Scandinavian countries, according to the latest report by JLL. Forecasts indicate that by 2030, data centre capacity in Poland could exceed 500 MW, and by 2034, reach as much as 1.2 GW.
