CZECH REPUBLIC Panattoni fills Teplice South park

The last remaining space in Panattoni Park Teplice South in the Czech Republic’s northern Ústí nad Labem Region has been taken up by Maersk, Raben and Exyte Technology – more than 23,000 sqm.

Danish logistics provider Maersk is to occupy 14,000 sqm of warehouse space as well as 312 sqm of offices and social space. Dutch company Raben will occupy 2,500 sqm, which it will use for its cross-dock operations. And German company Exyte Technology will use 6,350 sqm for the manufacture of clean room technology.

Panattoni Park Teplice South is located on the site of the former Kavalier glassworks in Hostomice about 10 km south of Teplice, just off the E442 road. It comprises 32,500 sqm of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified space.
