Polish alcoholic drinks distributor United Beverages is to relocate its Warsaw office to Moje Miejsce (My Place) in the city's Dolny Mokotów district, where from mid-2023 it will occupy almost 2,700 sqm.

United Beverages, which has been active for more than 20 years, is now one of the largest producers, importers and distributors of beer, wine and spirits in Poland. With 66 branches across Poland, the group employs more than 1,900 people, including 450 sales staff.

CBRE supported the company in selecting the location and negotiating the lease.

Moje Miejsce is a mixed-use development between ul. Beethovena, ul. Dziekońskiego and ul. Witosa, which was completed in 2021 by Echo Investment. It contains two office buildings of 17,000 sqm and 19,000 sqm. Other tenants include Havas Group, Ars Thanea, Boehringer Ingelheim and CitySpace.

Poland MLP increases occupancy rates

Last year MLP Group recorded very good results as regards contracts signed with tenants. During the period, the developer of modern logistics facilities leased in approx. 240,000 sqm of space. The largest number of contracts were signed at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw and MLP Poznań West. This year the level of commercialisation is planned to go up by about 20 pct.
