Rockwool, a manufacturer of products for the construction sector, is expanding its headquarters in the Nowy Rynek D office building in Poznań, developed by Skanska. The additional 900 sqm of space will allow the company to recruit a further 70 employees.
The Rockwool Group specialises in the production of stone wool solutions. The first factory was established in Hedehusene, Denmark, in 1937. Rockwool first entered Poland in 1993, while in 2016 the company opened a Rockwool GBS competence centre in Poznań, which provides business support in finance, IT, R&D, engineering, purchasing and marketing.
In 2020, the company decided to lease space in Building D of Poznań's Nowy Rynek complex. A centre of competence was located on 6,000 sqm, employing
