Vastint has received permission to renovate the first three buildings in the historic Old Slaughterhouse complex in Poznań. They will be restored and converted into office buildings. The revitalisation plan for the rest of the Old Slaughterhouse is currently the subject of public consultation.
The site of the future investment with an area of about 5.5 ha is located in the northern part of the centre of Poznań within ul. Garbary, Grochowe Łąki and Północna. It is a remnant of the former city slaughterhouse, which was closed in the 1990s and designed at the end of the 19th century. The plan prepared by Vastint for the revitalisation of the site envisages restoring the splendour of the historic buildings and transforming this city quarter into an urbanistically coherent and archite
