Empira Group has acquired the Langes Land, a residential project in Munich, Germany. The project will create residential space in the highly sought-after Bavarian state capital to meet the continuous high demand.
The Langes Land urban district was developed by CA Immo in cooperation with the city of Munich as a new, contemporary home for more than 2,000 residents in the north of the city. The complex will be created in the Munich-Feldmoching neighborhood along Ratold - and Raheinstraße with tram and underground train stations in the immediate vicinity and will feature an excellent retail and convenience store network.
